ASSISTANT SECRETARY Catawissa Borough is accepting applications/ resumes for Borough Treasurer/Assistant Secretary. Duties will include performing payroll function, deposit monies, pay bills, keep accurate accounts of monies received, balance bank statements, prepare monthly reports, budget reports and financial statements each month on a timely basis. Provide office support in receiving visitors, telephone calls and assist customers. High School diploma or equivalent required. Prefer three years of AP/AR and office experience. Municipality experience a plus. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Word and Excel necessary. MUST BE BONDABLE.
