Master’s Degree preferred; minimum requirements of PDE certification as a Supervisor of Special Education; 5 years’ experience as a special education teacher and 2 years’ administrative experience, as a principal or supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising children identified as exceptional, and who receive specialized services including GIEP, ELL, Deaf/Hard of Hearing and 504 plans, conforming to all applicable guidelines and regulations.
